Welcome to the new site. This site is based on content management software that allows many people to update and maintain it without detailed programming knowledge. If you can send email, you'll be able to update the site.
Our goal is for the fleets to maintain their information directly on this site to keep it as current as possible. If you are a Fleet Captain, please register for a user account on the site and reply to this post. We will grant you permission to update the news, races, and fleet contact information. You can also delegate this responsibility to someone in your fleet. Just let us know who that should be.
We have several new features planned for release in the coming weeks so keep an eye out for those. We'd also love to hear your ideas on how this site can be more valuable to Cal 20 sailors everywhere. Please post them in this forum so we can get everyone's feedback.
Finally, if you have time and experience in developing web sites and would like to help administer this one, please let me know. The idea is to share the responsibility so that no one person gets overloaded or burned out.
