I'm fixing up a Cal 20 that is strangly missing the rudder. I have the gudgeons and the tiller, so think I'm going to make a new rudder myself. Does anyone know where I can get the rudder dimensions and side profile or know of a previous post on someone having done this before?

I'll try and remember to take a picture and get dimensions later today when I go work on my boat. I think my rudder is original 1960's because it feels like solid wood...compared to the lighter fiberglass ones they make. You may want to change the shape a bit if you plan on cruising vs. racing.. Rodney, I'll try to get a photo and measurements of my rudder this evening. It's also solid wood, and doesn't look terribly difficult to copy.
